If you wish to track your order online, please email a request to sales@totaloxygen.com including your order number, and we will send you a tracking reference number which can be used at the Royal Mail / UPS websites. If you’re not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
International delivery. Some international orders may be subject to import duty and/or taxes levied by the importing country. As we ship Delivery Duty Unpaid, these charges will be payable by you, the customer. By placing an order with TOTALOXYGEN, you, the customer, acknowledge that you understand this and that you are responsible for any such charges. If you would like any further details of possible charges, please contact your local customs authority.
Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
Availability. Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of the website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will email to inform you and your card will only be debited the amount of the available items.
Colours We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photography. However, as we have no control over our customers’ monitor settings (colours, resolution, etc.) we cannot guarantee colours will be exactly as they appear on our website. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of TOTALOXYGEN products are correct. Product updates and improvements may alter the actual product received slightly to that shown from time to time with stock replenishment.
Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund upon receipt and examination. Items should be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
If you require a different item (including colour) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. If you require a different size of the same item, please return the item including a cover note stating your order number and requesting the different size and we’ll do our best to get one out to you upon receipt. If the size is unavailable we will refund your card and email to inform you.
If you are returning a non-faulty item, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us; for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.
TOTALOXYGEN will try to process your return as soon as it arrives, although it can take up to a week for us to process a return during busy periods. Depending on your location, an exchange can take between 2-3 weeks to get back to you. All items will be sent by registered post and will need to be signed for.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM. If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please e-mail sales@totaloxygen.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Goods are considered faulty where a manufacturing fault occurs within 21 days of purchase. TOTALOXYGEN will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered to be faulty.
Due to technical processes used, it is imperative that each individual garment’s washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care label. Each garment is wash-tested thoroughly and quality-checked on each production batch. We cannot accept returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.
PART OF ORDER IS MISSING. Regrettably mistakes can happen. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please first check your receipt for any indication that the item is being dispatched separately. If the item is listed but not present, please email sales@totaloxygen.com quoting your order number and stating the missing item and we will investigate the matter further.
